Women’s Clinic

Intro to Air (AIR)- This introduction to jumps and drops course for beginners to intermediate riders will start with the basics of bike control and work up to getting air on small jumps and drops based on the group's ability. This course has a prerequisite: please have attended at least one other Sky Tavern clinic before or have a strong dynamic body position and solid understanding of features on blue flow trails.

Women-Inclusive MTB Camp Weekend,

Whether you’re an experienced rider or just starting with the fundamentals, Sky Tavern’s first Women-Inclusive MTB Camp will inspire a new level of confidence through workshops, on-trail coaching sessions, and fun camaraderie-driven activities. This special weekend brings together our professional female coaching staff for a day and a half of group fun and instruction including morning yoga, bike maintenance, a BBQ, and raffle prizes at the beautiful high-elevation landscape of Sky Tavern.

Day 1 Schedule

8:30: Bike check and setup guidance

9am: Coffee and light breakfast by Coffeebar

9:30: Yoga with Lauren

10:00: Prepare for clinics

10:15: First shuttle for clinics

10:30-1:30: Clinics on trail

1:30: Lunch in the aspen grove

2:30: Afternoon clinics on trail

4:30: Party Lap with Ryan Cleek Photo Opp

5:30: Apres Hour with Interactive Bike Maintenance by Myrriah

6:30-?: Dinner and in the aspen grove with raffle
